$20.00 Trip Fee within a 20 mile radius
Because of recent gas prices anything over 20 miles will be
charged a service fee for both directions at .50 a mile
$50.00 Per Hour
We have a one hour minimum. There is a $25.00 NSF fee.
Our time starts when we leave the shop and ends when we
complete the service call. Average calls including drive time are
about 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
Any call over 40 miles to your location will be charged from
door to door, meaning we charge for the return trip as well
as the trip there at $50.00 per hour both ways.
Weekend rates are with a 3 hour minimum plus a $50.00 trip
charge.

area. Most parts are ordered and shipped to your location in a few business days. Our repair truck is equipped with over $5,000.00 in vending parts
and supplies for your convenience.
At BVRSales we do our best to repair your machine the first trip to your location by getting the information we need for your service call. We will need
some basic information from you when you call. Please have make of machine, model number of machine, the problem you are experiencing
as we try to have all parts we will need to complete your repair the first time to your location.
Bob is offering vending training classes at his location in Bedford, TX. The classes are held on Saturdays 8:00 - 5:00 p.m. We cover all equipment
trouble shooting, how to do every thing from load your equipment to trouble shooting and correcting problems. Because of scheduling, classes must
be scheduled 4 weeks in advance. We will cover basics to the most advanced trouble shooting problem solving in the vending industry. Most
classes are 2 hours at a time with 15 minute breaks in between. At your request we will be able to offer one on one classes. The training and
information you receive in the classes can save you thousands of dollars in equipment down time as well as the correct equipment to purchase if you are
just getting started in the vending industry. We will cover all facets of vending including what equipment is the best value for your dollar. Training
classes will be our standard rate of $60.00 per hour per person for a total of $480.00 per person. There is a one hour lunch where you can leave to eat
and come back.
Bob is offering consignment vending sales. We will list your machine on our web site with a picture and description and the price for this service is at
a reasonable cost to you. I also offer refurbish service of your equipment before or after your sale at our standard rate of $50.00 an hour plus parts.
Our shop is equipped to handle any refurbish assignment from one machine to a full bank of equipment. This option is offered at a competitive rate which
can save you hundreds or thousand of dollars over trading in you old equipment for new equipment . This service is time and cost effective when you
compare to refurbishing your own equipment. BVRSales affords you the option to repair, refurbish, or upgrade your surplus or idle equipment to save
money and put your machine back to work for you.
Office coffee repair on location or pick up and delivery service is available. Shop refurbish is also available for your coffee maker. You may drop off and
pick it up to save on the cost of shipping and pickup and delivery fees.
